Well considering that the 2016 class and it's relevance to the 2018 season was the subject of the discussion we were having the last couple of pages it doesn't surprise me that adding other information changes the dynamic.
The dude accused other people of cherry picking when his entire argument is based on a single recruiting class.
Even you shouldn't deny the hypocrisy in that Ben, but we all know you don't really care about looking dumb. So, here we are.

I'm addressing his comment about other people cherry picking data to use Roger. You and Ben really need to try and keep up.

Wait... are Benny & Co. still trying to say that there wasn’t any talent in the 2016 class? Please say no.

Not only that, The First Cut is in here arguing that Orgeron inherited almost no offensive talent, but can only use the 2016 recruiting class to back up his point. He then claims he's not cherry picking anything.
It's pretty incredible to watch all of this unfold.

Oh I am and you're doing exactly what you did last night.
When your argument falls apart, out comes the post hole diggers. It's so predictable.

I thoroughly debunked the lie and propaganda regarding the 2016 class. Maybe ask him why half of LSU’s starting defense last year was from that class alone. Or why out of like five offensive players, it yielded a starting WR, top 4 WR, starting guard and depth guard.

I haven't even made an argument Roger. I've only pointed out this guys laughable use of a single recruiting class while also claiming he's not cherry picking data.
As if more proof was needed that you're just talking out of your arse.

Of course, you're in the wrong argument. Go back about three pages.

This would be why he's now moved the goal posts to just offense.
It started out as "no talent on the roster". This was debunked so it shifted to "no offensive talent". This was debunked so it shifted to "no offensive talent from the 2016 class only".
It's a joke.

Brossette
CEH
Carter
Jefferson
Sullivan
Anderson
Brumfield
Charles
Cushenberry
Decalus
Moreau
Magee
Dillon
All on the roster or committed when Orgeron was hired. All contributors to the 2018 offense.
The First Cut has to us the 2016 class and only "regular" offensive starters to make his point. He's totally not cherry picking though.

And when Orgeron got to LSU he inherited one offensive starter from 2016’s recruiting class. More offensive players left LSU never to play for a P5 program than to become starters at LSU.

that's because the 2016 class was a defensive heavy class.
do you know what the word "context" means?

No, he doesn't. He doesn't actually know what cherry picking is either.

Miles’ last offensive classes were nowhere near his earlier classes.
That's because between 2013-2015, Miles signed 43 offensive players. It should come as no surprise that the 2016 class would have less offensive players.
again, might I suggest looking up the word "context". It would greatly benefit you so that way you can stop embarrassing yourself in these conversations.

Sadking, did Orgeron inherit a bunch of offensive NFL talent?
Derrius Guice Darrell Williams Danny Etling and Will Clapp are all on NFL rosters.
So is Russel Gage and DJ Chark.
Malachi Dupre was the #1 receiver in the country coming out of HS. He probably should have stuck around for the 2017 season. If you are going to say he wasn't talented, then there sure were a lot of FBS coaches who disagreed with you.
Apparently you live in some sort of fantasy world where O should have inherited a 2 deep on offense that were all NFL bound.

It's his argument. He gets to set the parameters. His point is the 2016 class yielded one regular starter for the 2018 season. None of you get to change that. It is what it is and it has nothing to do with context or cherrypicking. The only people that are embarrassing themselves are the two trying to change the argument.

Not one of the three are on the same page as the person that made the original point. I guess reading comprehension wasn't a big deal at their school.

He's not though.
The First Cut is hung up on offensive players from the 2016 class, apparently to show what a mess Orgeron inherited.
anyone with access to the internet can look at the 3 classes prior to 2016 to see Miles had signed 43 offensive players.
and the fact that The First Cut wants to sit here and bash a guy who got fired nearly 3 years ago because he is butthurt that Miles' 2016 class with its 10 offensive players (one of which is Devin White listed at RB, lmfao) is being disingenuous at best, and willfully ignorant at worst.

Because they don't like the original point. You should have seen them stuttering to make excuses for Bama 2007 team last night. Even blamed a probation that hadn't even been discovered yet.
Arguing a single point is hard for some people if they dislike the conclusion.

what do you mean "you should have seen them"
are you mentally challenged? its all right here in the thread, its not like some secret conversation took place.
I think you are a glutton for punishment.
