You forgot about Moffitt. As the strength and conditioning coach, he did not have the team prepared whatsoever last season. I particularly recall the Bama game where they were running us over in the 2nd half and we were getting injuries and cramps constantly.

Im pretty sure Moffit took last year off due to illness.
