I think he was simply making analogy.

The fact that Miles is the coach of LSU doesn't necessitate that all LSU fans must support him.

Shitty analogy... oh and really? all fans don't have to support Miles? wow thanks for saving the day.

Socialism or 4th in the west? hmmmm I really should be worried about LSU more.

Get a grip, we're not even arguing the facts. Just hoping and praying the guys that are so bitter will STFU is all.

Just curious, who's expectations are lowered?

Maybe you should read up a little on the use of analogies and then come back to this thread.

What? I was just pointing out that it is a very simple analogy and it makes sense.

No need to wet yourself.

I never said it wasnt one, just a shitty one.

analogy

a similarity between like features of two things

So what are they like features? Head of a college football team, Head of the most powerful country in the world?

Elected v hired?

Great power and responsibility v Limited power and goverened by an outside entity?

The two have almost NOTHING in common. Sorry I had to point that out to you. We can work on you crossing the street tomorrow.

Figurehead of a group comprised of individuals and a comparison of the required or non-required support of each.

Every analogy "fails" if broken down into enough detail. However, this analogy was simplistic, accurate, and easily discernible to those not being willfully obtuse.

My bad, Obama and Miles should be supported equally. I don't know how I missed it. You can come to street crossing tomorrow too.

I picture Jaydeaux looking like this.

And before you respond, Jay, with a picture of a fat guy or a couple of dudes barebacking as what you envision me to resemble, here's a pic of Lacour in all his glory:

I bang 10s. Lots of them.

Im only a red x and you want to compare the president of the USA to a football coach. Good news is I'll know which one is you at the street crossing lesson. Maybe there will be some 10's on the other side. You got more ink than Office Max

Fortunately for me, it was. But I will leave it unedited at my own expense. Guess if I make a typo that bad, it deserves a laugh or two...

But hope the intent of the post was still conveyed appropriately.....(hoping a few multisyllabic words cause the average reader to miss my faux pas.
