Naz was a good Tiger. I’d love to see him come back, but If he’s a round 1 pick then he should go make his money. He definitely progressed and would grow even more with another year under the right coach. I just don’t have faith that we’ll have the right coach next year.

The "change my mind" threads are worn out, unoriginal and childish.

Naz was a valuable member of this team. He played hard most of the time. He had some really great moments.

But Naz never developed into the low post player we needed. He had a few stretches during games where he made a few baskets, including a nice little stretch tonight even. But he couldn’t do it consistently from half to half much less game to game. He has terrible agility and atrocious ball handling skills because he dribbles too high and he tries to bull his way in most of the time because he’s slow to spin past guys. And he often misses a lot of close shots trying to post up or he turns the ball over.

So he has a lot to improve on whether he goes pro or not.

This is some simplistic arse thinking. If he came back and worked his was into the back end of the lottery he would be making double what he’ll be making at the end of the first round. If he could get in the top 10 in would be 3-4 times more money on his rookie contract.

It basically comes down to if you want to bet on yourself improving your stock or bet on yourself getting that second contract a year earlier. Naz had his mind made up on the latter before he stepped on campus.

If he’s a round 1 pick

I haven't seen a single projection that has him in the 1st round. There are projections out there that don't have him at all. Most have him in the last quarter. To compare him to recent football, he's the Malachi Dupre if he declares. It would be a bad decision. With that said I don't think he comes back.

Well he’s 99% not coming back. Just prepare yourself for that.
