I mean the only guys who consistently play who played last year are Waters and Mays. Both of whom are playing pretty well. Days/Williams/Smart/Reid are all true freshmen. Give them at least halfway into the season to figure themselves out and figure out some cohesion.

It is too early to tell about Naz. Some players come in as Freshmen and they have had great coaching in high school and are ready to roll. Others are raw and have great individual skills but haven't been taught how to blend that into a team game. Like a lot of other freshmen we have had, Naz is going through a period of adjustment where he learns that what worked in high school doesn't work all that well in college.
Naz is trying to do too much, as was Tremont. Tremont has a year more experience and was much more comftorable in the game today. Naz will get there. He seems to be trying to learn and fit in which is half the battle. Believe me when I tell you that Naz will have more than one great game this season where everyone forgives everything and are praising him to the skies.
He won't miss those little shots around the basket forever. His rebounding and boxing out skills will get better. Is he going to be a one and done? That seems to be all in the player's control as they can always try for the NBA, play in the G league or go the overseas route, whether they are ready as players or not.
