He's playing hurt. Every game someone comes in and says this without knowing the whole story.

I think his ankle is still bothering him.

If his ankle is hurt, wouldn't it be better if he used his size and strength under the basket more instead of trying spin move drives at the top of the key like a point guard?

He just needs to use his strengths better to his advantage.

He’s hurt

Watch when he walks off the court for a timeout.

I wish he was just playing hurt but the reality is that he needs to stay the frick under the basket and be a big man. LSU needs a big man not another guard. Wade needs to lay down the law.

KBW is way more primed to be playing in these types of games.. no way Naz should be getting more minutes than him

If he’s hurt, why is he trying to break defenders down off the dribble?

FSU Center
I wish he'd take better shots but if he stays inside he is going against a 7'4" center. Naz can shoot and if he gets hot he completely takes that center out of the game. Pretty sure Wade doesn't want him down in the paint a lot in the game.

I'm assuming that you've never tried to play basketball with a sprained ankle. Banging under the basket is the last place you want to be.

His hurt ankle is no way an excuse for his decision making. He's been awful.

In the first 2 minutes of the 2nd half he's playing MUCH better/smarter.

Amazing how the offense flows better. I don't mind the occasional pick and pop but he was just chilling on the 3 pt line.

Playing with a sprained ankle is part of basketball. If he is too injured to play where LSU can use him the most, which because of his size is near the basket as a big man, then perhaps he should be resting on the bench. His size is currently not helping from where he seems to be spending most of his time out on the perimeter. Maybe if he played closer to the basket they would not have given up 24 offensive rebounds to their opponent. That is where the game was lost.
