When Skip himself says Albert "Joey" Belle is the best baseball talent he has ever coached, end of discussion

Adrian Antonini (Spellcheck)
He was a loud mouthed catcher in the early 1990's that was clutch. He even pitched a bit in relief.

DJ Lemahieu and Brad Hawpe! But I'm also a Rockies fan so those guys are double awesome!

Earned three varsity letters in three seasons at LSU (1985-87) and led the Tigers to the school's first College World Series appearance in 1986.
Set the school career records for RBI (172), home runs (49) and total bases (392).
Tied the school record for career triples with 11 (with Tony Toups, John Morse and Mark Howie)
Led the Southeastern Conference in runs in 1986 (63), triples in all three seasons, home runs in 1986 (21) and 1987 (21), RBI in 1986 (66), and batting average in 1987 (.349).
Led the NCAA in home runs in 1987 with 21.
Tied the school record for hits in a game with five versus Louisiana College on Feb. 18, 1987.
That's great and all but Furniss surpassed all of that in his career

A five-time American League All-Star (1993-97)
A five-time Sliver Slugger (1993-96, 1998)
Had perhaps the best year of his career in the strike-shortened 1995 season, when he led the Indians to the World Series and led the American League in runs (151), doubles (52), home runs (50), RBI (126), slugging percentage (.690), total bases (377), .
Not sure what his MLB career has to do with his college career

DJ plays 2nd base and did at LSU as well. However, dude doesn't remember Jason Williams, Andy Sheets, Russ Johnson, Aaron Hill, Brandon Larson or Ryan Theriot. As college players, they are comparable to Bregman. We are actually stacked at shortstop historically, and I'm not even including a guy like Nola. Not sure what he was talking about

At least use proper grammar. Just FWIW. Bregman was not excluded from list. He was included. FWIW

That u think Furniss was better than Joey Belle?
No but you're a fricking idiot if you don't think Eddie's college career belongs in the same sentence as Belle's.
Of course Belle had more pure talent and had a nice MLB career, whereas Eddie had no MLB career, but are we not talking about their times at LSU? Eddie had one of the most (if the not the most) complete and productive careers of anyone to ever put on the P&G.

I was at the LSU Arky game and RP came up to bat, was on the berm at Baum talking to a drunk pig fan and told him to be quiet for a second, he asked why and I told him RP was going yard, he said bullshite and ping, RP dropped one 5 feet away from us!!!
Later on RP dropped another about 20 feet to our left, called that one also. Pig fan was not happy!!

Pete Bush.
This is because as a little kid, I remember getting (not catching) my first foul ball. Back then, if you were a little kid on the third base line, you could count on going home with multiple foul balls every season.
Of course he signed it after the game which also puts him up there as a top player for me.

Do you want me to change the title to fit your apparent absolute need to be right about something?
Jeesh, I was trying to exclude some people just to keep out the normal names we would hear.
get a grip on yourself.
Anyone of them you just named i will edit the title for, Nancy.
And still weren't better then Bregs.
