Hmmm...why him? Just curious. Is he still with ATL?

Well, considering Muschamp ain't coming back and could very well get a head coaching position, and VanGorder had some good defenses at UGA. He's just the best I can think of at the moment and could be waiting to run a good SEC defense again. The dude has moved around alot....took the Gamecock DC job this offseason and then went back to ATL.

Hey Rock, I'd take him over this sharing of minds thing. I suppose, if I had a reasonable choice:

I wouldn't want him for the sheer fact that I wouldn't want to read SFP going off on a daily basis about Foster's use of the "Rover", or whatever it was SFP used to go off on Foster about it

Glad I missed that one....bet it was a classic, though.

In all seriousness, Foster is 1 of about 100 who could be twice what we have now...and half the set of testes.

Yeah, he was annoying as usual. It was a long time ago though but it had something to do with the use of the Rover position.

That dude racked up about 350 posts today.

I feel like we're a lot like Texas from last year.

1) We both lost our defensive coordinator to a head coaching job in the big 12, and was replaced by a dual-dc job, and at Texas it was a horrible mistake (and looks like to be one for us too).

2) Texas had a talented Texas QB, while had experience but had a pretty bad season.

3) Suppose to have a great defensive front, but is horrible at passing defense.

4) Both had a great running back (Charles Scott/Jamaal Charles)

5) Both had talented WR. (Byrd, LaFell, Tolliver/Shipley, Quan)

6) Lost to rival teams (Texas lost to OU and ATM)

I see us more similar to Texas than anyone.
