I think Jennings is closer to Devin Gardner than Braxton Miller.

Think Drew Tate, with a better arm.

Yall put out some mid to late draft picks...that is about it. shite, you got to be an ex NFL GM that specializes in trivia to know 2/3 of that crap Iowa has put in the league. Dallas Clark has grandkids for Gods sake.

You guys are definitely an assembly line of talent going to the NFL.
maybe that is a stretch but iowa puts a lot of.guys in the show.

I think as of last year, iowa was in the top 5 (actually thought it .
was#3 or 4) in # of players on an NFL roster. So maybe your statement is actually closer to the truth

Adrian Clayborn is the last big name from Iowa who I can think of. I can't think of any other early pick. I know the Saints drafted several Iowa players since the mid-90's and they were all terrible.

Guess we'll see dude. You have no idea just how well Iowa plays as a team.

An Outback Bowl win is not a huge victory. You guys aren't anything special this year.

Next year will be different. Top ten will be very reachable for Iowa.

Coming from a team that is the doormat of its conference. I bet you only have a winning record against maybe NW and maybe Indiana.. I would say Illinois, but there was a time when they were average..and that is good enough.

Ohio St and Mich St will be higher ranked, and they will not have three of yall in the top 10. No, next year, you will be right back here. Playing a team that struggled in the SEC possibly, so you can thump your chest and talk about your record against middle of the road SEC teams that particular year.

Life is good.

Are they invisible on that list? I see OSU, I see Oregon, hell then I see FL. You don't see Iowa.

They may mean non scout team players. Then you have 4.

27 isn't 39 is it? To call someone a moron shows how ignorant you are . I have played baseball in Iowa , and the intelligence level there isn't anything to gloat about .

Yeah LSU fans know nothing about team sports.

The Outback Bowl isn't a huge victory because we normally have our sights set on better bowl games. If we were special this year, we'd pound you 45-3. But you're right, we are nothing special this year.

Would finishing top ten be your Super Bowl? Seems like it.

I have watched them all year... A decent team that lost to EVERY team that was rated ahead of them... AND has NOT played a team with this much TALENT front to back... TEAM SPEED.....LSU DOMINATES this... As an LSU fan I would worry more about Wisconsin as far as athletes...

When is the last time Iowa has had a bigger one?????

Iowa players are:

fundamentally sound
team players
scrappy
strong
blue collar
disciplined
high motor guys
technique men
mature
smart
coachable
well, you get the point. We are dealing with some serious shite here. These guys are different. Better. We have never seen anything like it...unless you look at Kentucky or Vanderbilt...that is the shite they say.

Nope, the men of the corn have come for a business trip.

LSU actually has 40 by that same list. I think LSU leads all schools with players in the NFL now.

So what do you say if/when you lose?

LSU just didn't care? That's bullshite. Your team will want to win this game. If they don't then they're worse than I thought.

Top. Ten. Next. Year.

Write it down. We'll see you in a BCS game, if you guys are good enough to make it there. Mettenberger playing well this year made your team. Without him, you'd be .500.
