Been saying we need to try to get Mulkey for years. She had expressed interest in the job in years past. Many people either “ didn’t like her “ or said she’d never come. I said she’d probably come for the right money and to be able to come home, and this would draw many locals, people would jump on the bandwagon, etc, Sure enough, it happened. And those that “didn’t want her” or “didn’t like her” or said she’d never come had to eat crow. And of course, now I never hear anything negative at all from them as before. They’re all happy as can be.
