stop pointing to outliers and acting like they are the rule.
ed orgeron has never been an elite recruiter for his own program.

surely you admit there is a huge difference between O recruiting for jimmy johnson and pete carrol and then recruiting for his own program.

Jacob Hester was a two-star recruit, therefore LSU will be fine only recruiting two-star players.

The people who had Greedy Williams as the 219th best player in the nation, 20th best at his position and 14th best player in the state?

Yeah, those guys are NEVER WRONG.

You must surround yourself with simpletons in real life. Does this type of logic work against them?

For the coach to be “known” as a great recruiter it wasn’t great at all.

Yeah we should have gotten 12 5 star receivers and 3 kickers, like the old days.

Yes they are. Hell there are more just from Greedy's class. Justin Jefferson from last years.

Closer Look: LSU's lowest-ranked signees over 10 years

What has he had now, 4 or 5 tries? And three of those came at the recruiting juggernaut known as Ole Miss.

I'll give you that but it is not proof that he will not be as good a recruiter at LSU as he was for those coaches.

Most wide receivers: LSU... (9)

This is pretty astounding considering the quality of the QBs that have been throwing to them when they were in college.

Dude, just shut up. Your ignorance knows no bounds.

I'd rather converse with 20 Rickdaddy's who at least knows football and LSU than with one idiot like yourself.

Go read some of RichMomma's posts and try to learn from them.

LSU's WRs had to EARN every catch they made and are some of the best blocking WRs in college football.

I may have you confused with another idiot that was in the "Guess what? LSU leads the nation since 2013 - by far" thread yesterday. If so my apologies.

But if you were the moron in that thread then yes my simple post was definitely fact filled.

People will probably give you shite for this, but I couldn't agree more and from what I've heard watching draft coverage over the years, NFL coaches and GMs absolutely love it.

Watch Bama and Ohio State pass up LSU in those stats in a few years.

Saban doesn't have that many years left and I don't see us goin down anyways a lot of our NFL success is because of the culture at LSU right now and a lot of those draft picks are Louisiana guys. 2 things that are not goin anywhere. Last year draft and this year's draft has produced over 20 NFL players when you include UDFA

Lmao!! What a misleading stat

2016
Deion Jones
Jerald Hawkins
Rashard Robinson
Jalen Mills
Vadal Alexander

Bama
2016
Ryan Kelly
Reggie Ragland
Derrick Henry
Ashawn Robinson
Jarren Reed
Cyrus Jones
Kenyan Drake

Deion Jones and Jalen Mills are better than all those Bama draft picks and were picked way later than some of those. Bama has dominated in college but what people don't realize is LSU has dominated in the NFL field. LSU has had 4 straight year with most NFL players and this year will most likely make 5
