White, Black, Asian,Spanish, who gives a shite. If you win and put players in the NFL kids will come to your school. His logic is way off. If what he was saying was true then Charlie strong and willie Taggert would have a few titles by now.

LSU’s coaches average age next year is 54. Last year Bama, clemsons, OSU, and OUs were 45, 47, 48, 44

This was the main point, I don't think he ever said hire more black guys! I wasn't offended by what he said, but hell that's just me.
I personally dont think age is a big issue with the HC,OC,DC titles.
But in college look at the makeup of the DL,DB,RB,and WR coaches which are usually your heavy hitters in recruiting.
We have 2 guys that are long in the tooth. Johnson 60yrs old+ and Robinson 56yrs old, Faulk is 43 so that will help when he replaces Robinson.

Well since you’ve asked. Lsu 2020 assistant coaches are 70% white. Bama, OSU, Clemson, and OU last year we’re 60%, 70%, 50%, and 50%

If you put a product like they put on the field this past year, it doesn't matter what color the coach is, players are going to want to be a part of it to help them get to the pros and to try to win championships.
