Mainly just saying that I'm not as concerned with the past as I am with the future ... and supporting Chavis, Miles, and whomever ... and, if we need to make adjustments to get the crystal again, then let's do it.

I think the orginal guy was talking about Chavis when he said without but the guy I responded to it by saying I am more concerned with figuring out how we will win one with him. Makes me think he was trying to take a shot at Miles.

My bad then. I thought you were referring to Miles.
Although, this probably makes your post worse. Chavis is one of the best DCs quite possible in college football history. Why would we need to be concerned about winning a title with him here. You make it sound like he has been costing us games.

Not what I meant at all.
Mainly just saying that I would like to win a MNC right now and not concerned with 2007. Looking forward, not backward.

how many other seasons played out like that one with so many teams with 2 losses?? you make it sound as if we beat the curve somehow. like we got special treatment. would it have made you feel better if ohio state was undefeated and all the other teams including us had one loss?

IN THE HARDEST DIVISION, IN THE HARDEST CONF.
LSU has lost to shitty SEC west teams like Arky, Ole Miss and East crappy teams like UK and Tenn since Miles has been here.most of the losses come down to bad coaching, playing it too close to the vest, and playing prevent defense at the wrong times.
