First thing I noticed is Brockers and #2 DE backup is whipping our #1 OG in Will Blackwell, Not good!!! ThenDavenport gets manhandled by Josh Williford a freshman backup OG. Maybe Williford and Blackwell need to switch???

you answer your questions yourself.

quote:

why else would it be necessary to compare his delivery to Tebow's if not to compare the two as players in JJ's defense?

quote:

it's an ugly delivery

are you trolling to troll or naturally a douche?

probably answered my own question with that statement as well.

yeh, Jai, #4, vs Shep #10.

pretty even matchup which doesn't say much for Jai.

I'm just of the opinion that bringing up Tebow as a defense of Jefferson was pretty fricking lame, in that context.

....it was never a defense, for the 3rd time it was a simple comparison of how slow and ugly both of their releases are. Good God you are dense.

Misunderstood then... I just get tired of seeing some posters jump to the defense of anything resembling a critique of an LSU player (JJ in particular, due to most thinking that it is necessary to support either JJ or Lee, which is dumb)

Says nothing bad about Jai, Shep is possibly the most explosive player on the team and top 3 in pound-for-pound strength.

alright, i'll put my guns away.

i don't care who starts or who shines. I just want a decent QB to keep our D off the field the entire game, and more importantly keep us in games and not give games away.

if our O-line is where it should be our QB should simply be able to manage the game by handing the ball off to our talented backfield, dump passes to Peterson, and simple PA. Everyonce in a while a deep ball, but mostly PA, slants & out patterns until trust is built.

for real? top #3 lb for lb strength?

regardless of that, if a WR is lb for lb stronger than our safeties, LB, and RB....that is not a good thing.

you should have a talk with Crowton. I don't think he remembers how good we can be off of play action

Not sure if it is by design, but I see more hands on "coaching" in that clip than I have seen in the past two years. Maybe its just my memory, but it looked good IMO.

I love seeing how fiery Gonzales is. Hopefully he is working more with Jefferson/GC on being passing game coordinator or whatever. Doesn't GC like to handle the QB's though?

Brockers is a monster.

Davenport still hasn't come around...
