We had momentum but the Vols just took it all back. Probably should have pulled Ty a few batters sooner.

He threw 96 pitches and the location was the starting to deviate, which explained the mound visit by the pitching coach. Not sure why we didn't pull the trigger there, could have saved 1 run.

I get what CJJ, playing to have enough arms for 4 games, but yeah feels like TF stayed a couple of batters too long.

Probably so, but momentum can swing back real quick.

Floyd just gave it to them. It takes no great effort by Tennessee to hit a squib we back to the mound. However, Floyd is so terrified of throwing a ball to first, he was rushing to field it so he could run over and underhand it to first.
