It all depends on the value people put on him, and what the need is.
This. Kiper indicated that Guice is a first round talent but that the teams drafting near the bottom of the round won't necessarily be looking at RB. He's just making as good a guess as he can based on info he has pre-combine.

Dont disagree, but you know Bill and the Patriots are just sitting and waiting for him to fall in their laps!

I
I cannot see him running any slower than 4.6. His running style IS his strength!

think we might be surprised by Guice's 40 times, and not in a good way. This past season he never broke a big gain or pulled away from anyone. Yeah, I know- injury. But still, if you look at his past runs, he's been fast enough, but shiftier rather than straight line speed. I'm thinking 4.6-4.7 at the combine.

Ill put it to you this way. I would be pissed if the saints drafted Key in the first round
He isn’t worth a first round pick with all the question marks because he isn’t a generational type player. He was nonexistent this year. He has as much upside as anyone in the draft, but off the field issues should be an immediate disqualification for a first round pick if I’m a NFL GM. It’s not worth missing on first round picks.
I wouldn’t be disappointed if we got him in the second or third
