Still holding a spot over a guy who's worked his arse off and has dreamed of running out of that tunnel so Mo can kick an XP vs. Towson St and get on sports center to further her "brand"

preseason number 1 lock with Isom.

How do you know this isn't her dream? I'm sure she worked her arse off just as much as any other kicker too.

Isom kicks for LSU then goes kick in the pros?

Man there are some stupid people posting in this thread. How do you complain about a player beating out another player "that has worked his arse off" but isn't as good? Shouldn't the best players make the team? Are you really advocating NOT letting Mo on the team and instead let some other walk on take the spot despite Mo being better?

Because Football is for men. I'm serious.

The tiger rant is Mo-sessed lately

I just read the article on msn.com about Mo. I love this girl! What an awesome role model for my daughter. My kind of girl. A tall, athletic, hot, cool, Christian chic. Somebody better try to slap a ring on dat finger.

There are a handful of amateur woman's leagues out there. I used to work with a gal who played free safety.

If saying that Football is for men is somehow controversial, I don't have a fricking rebuttal. It's football. American football. As I've pointed out multiple times in this thread, goddamn near every sport in the world divides men and women. Even those crazy Europeans do it. Even the olympic committee does it. If soccer, golf, swimming, track, polo, baseball, basketball, tennis*, hockey, lacrosse, and power lifting have all decided that it's best to keep things separate, why is it so fricking unreasonable to keep the most dangerous sport on Earth separate?
Get that bullshite out of here. Mo isn't going to play with your little pecker no matter how hard you try to knight on here.

A separate CFB or professional league is fine with me. Until they create them, football is for men.

Not worth the shite storm it will cause if she makes the team and gets hit and is injured. I can see it now: Vindictive Hit on Female Kicker or Kicker Hit Overly Hard Due to Gender or Tackler Proves His Point, injures Female Kicker.
It'd be a ridiculous media frenzy, with a lot to do about nothing. As soon as she got hurt it'd be about how they tried to do it on purpose b/c shes a girl.

Who gives a shite? Even if it's for the pub (on LSU's part, because I think Mo is very genuine) I think it would be great. She's a great ambassador for the university and would aquit herself rather well. She seems to be well-liked on campus and among the athletes on the team.
How is a girl playing football for LSU going to affect your life in a negative way? Ask yourself that before getting all butt hurt about it.
Geaux Mo! I want to see her arse in a pair of football pants! And I want to see her score a FG or TD off of a fake FG against Bama, just so LSU fans can say a gash gashed Bama's sorry arse.

maybe he should've worked his arse off a little more if he can't win a spot over a female soccer player

will never happen

It would be cool to finally have a woman reporter on the field as the coaches head to the locker room at half-time that has actually played the game/ been around the game/ been part of a real Div-1 team.

B/c she won't make the team or is that based on some sense of authority on what the media will or will not do?

It won't.

Not "butt hurt", junior. I'm expressing an opinion. Nothing sinister about it.

I think we need to worry about beatingn Bama's sorry (2 MNC in 3 years) asses next year before we worry about rubbing anything in on them.
