I was unaware that sandwich maker was an official team position now. Take off the helmet and go back to the kitchen

Title IX doesn't apply because there is no womens football team. If a guy wants to play soccer at LSU they cant join the women's soccer team, because there is a men's team.

Im sure a few ppl in the football office are holding their breath, but you have to let her tryout.

Wow, you're really witty. I love how you connected the dots between sandwich and woman. Genius stuff. Genius.

Think he means in the NCAA there's mens and women's soccer teams. So guys can't just join the women's team even if that school doesn't have a men's team. But there's no women's football, so women are allowed to join the men's team.

Yes. LSU has a men's soccer team. Its a club team and not a schooly team bc of . . . .title IX.

i find it highly hypocritical that men cant have sports because of title ix, but women can play on the mens teams that prevent other mens team from existing. there is a huge flaw in the system if she's allowed to legally tryout.

Is it possible situations like this can be a vehicle to get titleIX thrown out or corrected? A claim could be made that if females are allowed to play up to men's athletics there is no longer a need for titleIX.

So would LSU have to make another locker room just for her?

If there's no men's teams sanctioned by the NCAA then they should be able to.

I don't see the big deal if they have her try out like any other guy. If she's good enough to do something, let her do it. If she isn't, move on. The end.

No. Just no. Stop.

If Title IX is repealed, what would happen to (nearly) every female sport?

They probably will if she makes the team, but they shouldn't if shes on the team she changes with the team
