Since Miles loves JJ, and since the investigation is ongoing, I predict he will suspend the 4 players for "up to 3 games" contingent upon the completion of the investigation, and then he will modify up/down accordingly. If the investigation is complete and the players are not charged, he may reserve the right to re-install them before the end of the 3 game ban. If they are charged, he may reserve the right to kick them off the team.
