One hurdle for getting Fisher is he has 2 young sons who live with their mother in Tallahassee. Their at every home game on the sidelines and attend practice some days after school. The youngest also has a serious rare blood disease as well. Can't see him moving 8 hrs away when he can see them daily if he wanted to or attend their sporting events etc.

I want to pull my hair out every game we play. We the fans see the most obvious scenario to go with and he does exactly the opposite. We have been watching the confused prairie dogs pop their heads up for the past 7-8 years. The mass confusion, the horrible play calling, the lack of in game adjustments. He has never not once in 10 years made an adjustment at halftime. Years ago we waited for the magical playbook. We know better now. It does not exist. How do you have LF7 and can't or refuse to have a screen pass perfected? Wtf. All he had to do was work on that one single play all fall and get it perfected, and bam we have instant unstoppable offense. Didn't do it. We had Roussel Shepard. Number one player in USA. He never saw the field. It's simply maddening. Do not most all of you out there not agree that it is maddening to watch this? The top talent come and go and never have an offense to be successful? You take THIS offense right now, ship them off to TTown for two weeks, Nicky would steam roll our butts. We have talent. Miles has no idea what to do with it year in and year out and that's fact. That is why he is getting blasted after "only " two losses. The pot has simply boiled over and people are sick of it.

No, the one constant has been poor QB play.

Yeah that Mett guy really sucked didn't he? He was as bad as that Flynn guy and that Russell guy.

Have you ever watched any LSU football?

Either they are awful at evaluating QB talent or they are awful at developing QBs. Pick one.

Guess this would apply to Coach Spurrier as well since inconsistent QB play was pretty much a constant for his recent teams.

Yeah, well maybe Miles should quit like he did then if he knows he can't cut it anymore like Spurrier.

Mett's last year was the only good passing offense we've had in the last 8 years since the NC. That's bad.

Mett wasn't ours originally, he came to us after being kicked off Georgia who usually actually does pretty well scouting QB's

Our deal is 9 times out of 10 we recruit dual threats to put them under center and run a prostyle offense. You need QB's like Mett for that type of offense. If we are going to recruit dual threat's as we have been, should be running an offense similar to Auburn's or Oregon's. Just makes no sense to me...

It's time for miles to go. It's a great opportunity to lure a great coach in. If Miles is canned you will see coaches who you wouldn't expect to leave "THEIR" dream job throw their hat in the mix

Did you see what happened when this team played an equal and not inferior opponent?
