A report that the handlers for Mike VI couldn't get him into his portabe cage for the game and he woul't attendithe game today. Can anyone say if this is true or false?

Quite a few articles and blogs about it this week.

I don't understand what the problem is. All they need to do is toss a little dog up in there and Mike's in there in a flash. He hates the little critters. So, who'll be the magnanimous first to sacrifice their SO's aggravating ankle-biter on the Altar of Mike? It's for the good of the LSU nation, after all.

Condon was going crazy about this yesterday! He actually made some valid points. Fear of PETA has made Mike from one of the coolest mascots to one that we may rarely see and probably never hear again on gameday!

The aren't going to force Mike to do anything he doesn't want. The #1 priority is the health of that cat, so if they think he has the potential to start freaking out in his cage, they won't force him.

It was a blanket email. Maybe it was a mistake, but I dont really think so.
I thing the Craig's come down here becasue they have been welcomed, are floored by the response, and get to raise some funds for their place. I think the more people they see, the better job they are able to help the other cats back in Indiana.
I also believe they have fallen for LSU. Read the email. They are bringing other staff members.
