I'm going to trot out the cliche of say it to his face. Go work with a tiger and see how much of a billy bad arse you are. Better yet, get inside the enclosure and see.

The overall post is typical for a cop, small brain, big mouth.

Same goes for the other post, you may be a cop, maybe not, but you are damned stupid.

Calm down. You take things a lil too seriously.lol.

Well the simple solution would be for all of you who think its no big deal to volunteer to get Mike loaded and to the stadium on Saturdays. Of course, you'd have to figure out how to get a 600 lb BAMF tiger (who looks at everything on earth that walks as a potential meal) to do something he really doesn't wanna do AND keep in mind that there are about 100,000 potential "snacks" in the general area.

I went to Ringling Bros Circus recently and one damn guy had about 10 tigers doing whatever he told them to do. He was even in the cage with them and turned his back on them. So don't tell me it can't be done. If a dumbass carnie can do it then why can't our highly esteemed veternarian department?

Speaking of Mike VI, does anybody know if he's roared yet? I went to see him a few times over Christmas break and I heard him making grumbling sounds, but nothing near a roar. Is he still too young to roar (I know nothing about tigers), or does he have a problem?

Maybe the shithead with the dog is still stressing him. Maybe change the diet to include dog?

part of being responsible caretakers of a Tiger is making sure that we don't piss him off!

But then he won't roar!

Trying to make a Tiger do something he doesn't want to do worked out really well for these guys.

He needs a bigger trailer. He's going to be about twice the weight of Mike V when he is fully grown.

I agree, I said this when we first got him. That trailer is too small for him. He's going to be huge and isn't going to want to get in that sardine can of a trailer.

I could have sworn that they got him a bigger trailer already. I know they said they needed to.

Get a new tiger - one that is not a wuss!! We should not pay upkeep on this "mascot" which is obviously a rebel in disguise.

One of my favorite stories of an old night game in Tiger Stadium is how they'd place the cage right in front of the opposing team's exit onto the field. The players would have to squirm around it while Mike roared away scaring the crap out of them. Anyone know when they finally stopped this? And did they use this tactic against certain teams?
