I appreciate this guy I always thought he had the talent to start and he’s definitely an upgrade over Clark seems like the defense is playing a little better now

Baskerville has the body, he’s just been tentative at times when he’s played. He’s played much better this year.

I hate to put down current players but he has been a huge improvement over Clark. He just didn’t seem to grasp the starting job like many thought around the program

Baskerville is what he is. He’s a solid average LB that relies on his smarts and understanding of defensive concepts to put himself in the right position in order to make up for his lack of athleticism. He is our best option right now but we have to find someone with better speed to get to the edge for next year wether that he hoping Josh White can add 10-15 lbs of muscle, starting a true freshman or adding a grad transfer.

Same here. Kudos to Baskerville. He did his job well.

It looks like next year's class addresses the concerns at Safety. I'm hoping we can sign a good MLB, some OLs and a DT.
