Agreed. Last year we were predicted to lose 2 to 4 games because we "did not have an offense" and due to our schedule. This year we clearly have the talent, depth, experience, and schedule to win it all. One loss or no loss, we are going to Miami. As for Arkansas, how can you fear a depleted defense that lost it's safety, 2 linebackers, only all SEC defensive end, best two wide receivers, two offensive linemen, and their head coach?

Said it before last season, this 2012 LSU team is the team to beat in the nation. I don't see anyone as talented and ready to run the table. I will be surprised if LSU doesn't go undefeated. 2 losses would be a huge disappointment for this group.

Unless Les freezes again in the NCG.

The great Saban has had exactly 1 undefeated season.
That makes Saban greater than Miles, dip shite. Saban has how many titles?
Miles is not capable of that kind of greatness. Get over it.

The most talented team can lose to a lesser team.
the ball hits some guy in the butt during the punt return, and the other team gets the ball on your 15, instead of you getting it and returning it.
ever see that? yep. we all have.
stuff happens.
I fear no team, except a flat, uninspired LSU.

Some trolls are sooooooooo easy to figure out.
It's kinda amusing to recall all the anti-Miles stuff than ran wild here in 2010 and to see how it's now down to...Miles is not as good as Nick.
A lot like saying the Miss World 1st runner up is not as good as Miss World...who gives a crap...I will take either one of the beauties.

I certainly hope he's right here, but this is also the same guy who said Jimmy Clausen and Mike Williams would be franchise players. He even went on to claim that Williams would be a Hall of Fame player.

Neither. I live in reality unlike the "LSU, LSU, LSU" thread nerds.
Saban>Miles. It's just reality. I live in it and deal with it quite well... unlike the nerds.

And we'll have to wait and see about Saban vs Miles.
It's early in the 3rd and looks like CLM is driving to take the lead in Ws and tie the Crystal score.
Oh btw... LSU!!! LSU!!! LSU!!!

You just might be visiting the wrong website.

Might want to rethink that. CoachlessMiles is not driving to tie in titles. He quit on that chance in january.

The one LSU won for him doesn't count in this battle. He doesn't get a handicap at LSU's expense.
The game is strictly Tide vs LSU.
I want another title for LSU and couldn't really give a damn about a coaches challenge actually.

Hopefully defense is more impressive and LSU can actually throw the ball and catch it

No you don't live in reality. You live in the exact opposite world of the "LSU LSU nerds" you deride, which "in reality" is no better.
Saban > Miles. So what? Who's disputing that? Your problem is you view it as a zero sum game. Coach rankings are just a parlor game. Miles is still a top 10 coach. And yes he is capable of that kind of greatness. You think Czick is a better coach? Miles was 13-0 last year going into the title game. If a kid from Ok State makes a 37 yard FG, the great Saban would not have had the chance at a rematch. That is also reality.

Yeah, all of these young shitheads seem to have it all figured out. Can't teach them anything. They already know it all.

What the hell, who brought up Czick? You for some odd reason.

Reality check was 1/9/12. Game, set, match Saban.

No, that's more like my wishful thinking.
Both guys are fine coaches, but Nick/Bama are riding the high that comes from the last meeting.
3-3 vs one of the best, in the minds of many, in the game speaks volumes for both coaches when we look at the results in the last 7 yrs. imo

Get over it
You are the one that needs to get over it. Nick Saban is no longer the LSU coach. He left after the 2004 season. Les Miles is the LSU coach and he's done a great job, despite you myopic fans like you think. When he won early everyone said it was "Saban's players" and after the 2008 season, it looked like that might the case.
However, much to the chagrin of people like you Miles, made adjustments to the staff, hired good recruiters and built a program with his players that has gone 24-3 the last 2 years with an SEC title and BCS CG appearance (ok barely an appearance

Saban paid his way into the NC game. Should have never been there to begin with. F*** Saban
