Also are you really responsible for residue on the outside of your car? What if someone else put it there? Where do you draw the line. What if you run over a bag of coke and it gets on the car?

i will agree that in videos out there, it's usually 1 or 2 cops doing illegal or questionable stuff.

Exactly, a non LEO can go to jail for witnessing a crime and not reporting it. Cops get literally nothing.

Never understood how someone could be charged for illegal substance found on hood of the car without evidence of how it got there. Someone could have put there on any public parking lot.
