These people downvoting are delusional. I know people hate Kelly, but this literally happens in all jobs. How many of you leaders pay attention to the guy who is basically at the lowest spot on the totem pole? Companies toss aside people every single day and you MFers call it life.

We were just talking about coach Hankton and his kids this morning on how they woule feel if their coach was let go and they just had to move mid semester. People easily equated it to their military upbringing or "blue collar parents" upbringing, considering it a nothing burger, but you can't compare Langlois to any other typical work situation that goes on everywhere else in the damn world? A fricking disgruntled employee?
