What a dummy!

Look, the best thing that could have happened for TM was someone like Simon to step up and can be a #2 cover corner like Simon has done. No doubt TM would be an excellent cover corner opposite of Moe, no one is doubting that one bit, but now because of Simon's presence, TM has a golden opportunity to stick to what he does best, and that's causing hell for the opposition from the nickel.

And if you're doubting Simon, then you really haven't been paying attention.

+1. Coach Les had the biggest smile on his face when he said that it was going to be a delight to have all three on the field at the same time. Simon covered RR in the spring game like he was wearing him on his hip. He covered our best and wore him like a glove. TM while being a holy terror is vertically challenged and in goal line situations the lob to 6' 3" or taller receivers would be a nightmare. TM is perfect for the nickel, Simon will be a great corner. Can't we find find better things to do than act like morons when they all are on our team?

Mathieu Much Better Than Simon
Simon has a lot of potential to be great. I just don't understand where all the hype is coming from. At this point he is overrated cause it is no way home boy proved himself to this magnitude of praise. No way. He is getting more hype than Mo Claiborne. That is terribly sad.

Get over it, who ever the hell you are. when Simon was in the game he did his thing and how and the HELL can you hate on somebody on the same team. We should ban your azz. You cant be a tiger fan, I would never believe it. With this weak azz post. You should be happy to have that kind of talent and competition

Please stick around and keep posting. If only I could get a hold on that ban hammer, I would swing it hard and often. Some people shouldn't be allowed to breed.

While everybody else is bashing you, I actually agree with you. Im taking a wait and see approach on Simon though. Ive seen a bunch of people on this site call him a "beast", and Ive seen nothing to back up that statement. Its kind of hard to judge cornerback play when they are going against our quarterbacks. If you are judging him on last season, then he did show some potential, nothing to be called a "beast".

Hey brah, we all trust Miles and his staff over you and your buddy, and he said Simon is the starter on the outside. So thats that. Did you see what happened to TM the one play he lined up one on one on the outside last year? Joe Adams from Arkansas scorched him. But hes awesome at the position hes at, the position he earned all those great and illustrious accolades playing. So lets keep him there and let a dude that is 6'4" and can cover taller WRs play on the outside. Cool with you?

I can name plays when PP got PP got burned on the outside so whats your point? Its cb, its bound to happen. Tyrann played on the outside in just about every single game by the way. He actually might have played wide in every one.

Already said im going to take a wait and see approach with him, need to see how hes going to do covering a smaller, quicker receiver. Also need to see what kind of ball skills he has.

Dude you should tell les this quick! Because I think he is about to start Simon and I don't think he knows all the stuff you originally posted and obviously you know a lot more about these two players from watching a year of lsu football on tv instead of being at practice everyday and actually coaching these players. You're right les must have forgotten that tm was the #1 cover corner out of high school bc that is way more important than anything les has seen.

fricking moron

We'll see what happens. Wish we could just have Simon, Claiborne, and Mathieu on the field all the time.

They will be most of the time due to the 3 and 4 wide receiver sets.
