People who schedule events during LSU games in this town are clueless. I know you can't help what day someone's birthday falls on, but you can always celebrate the day before or the day after. I also understand that LSU football doesn't mean much to everybody. But if you have any clue, you would realize it means a lot to a lot of people around here.

Gotta prioritize the games during the season where I put my foot down (Fla, 'Bama, Auburn, & Arky), get bitched out, sleep on couch a night or two, & then have hot makeup sex...

I'm a 60+ and I much rather be in Tiger Stadium then a movie show, there are only 8 home games and the movie usually run 2 weeks and then DVD.

My wife is the LSU grad born & raised in Baton Rouge. I married into Tiger fanhood. She says I'm the fanatic & my wife & in-laws are "normal" fans, whatever that means... Believe me, I'd love to sit on my *ss all day & totally immerse myself in all things LSU football but for some of us husbands/fathers, we have other responsibilities as well which are equally important. To each their own.
