LSU vs Vandy ticket question

If I wanted to give my digital tickets for this weeks game to someone (I’m a season ticket holder, these are the only game I’m giving to someone), how do I do it?
Do they have to create an account on lsu ticket website? I’m not selling them, just giving them to my friend

Log into your ticket account, select this weeks tickets, and click on “transfer”. You will need either an email address or text-capable phone number for the recipient. They will get a message that you have initiated a ticket transfer. I’ve only been on the transferer end of the transaction but I don’t think it requires an existing account for the recipient.
