Further proof the fix was in and the rest of the voters know it.

Dang. I never thought football could be more dramatic. Every modern season gets crazier and crazier it seems. This is more than a hobby..

LSU got a bump in the computer polls from playing Bama. Unfortunately the rest of the schedule lends itself to LSU dropping back in the computer polls.

I don't think 3 teams from one conference can play in BCS.

I do think the interception was a good play. I do also think the LSU would have gone 3 and out
Much as I hated that no-call I think you're right. We're a good team...but this year Florida and Bama are better.

I laughed, still can make it to a good bowl, get 'em next year. We improved greatly from last year and are competitively in every game.

The only scenario that would have LSU make a BCS bowl (and it's still a longshot, by all means) is LSU win out, probably have to win by more than a TD against one of the 2 SEC opponents and win by 17-20 against LA Tech; Alabama would have to lose to Auburn and then Florida. I think, ah hell who knows, let's just try to enjoy the last 3 games of the season and let the chips fall where they may. Who's with me?

ETA: week 11 rankings

Losing Scott, Jefferson, and Peterson swung the game completely into Bama's control. One of our LBs went out early also.

The shite was ridiculous to watch as an LSU fan. Watching the stars get hurt on random shite.

Yeah, now that the computers go our way for one week, we're back to Miles being the greatest coach in the history of LSU football right?

I think despite the horrid officiating, injuries were actually the story of the weekend, between Iowa losing their QB, us losing 1/3 of the starters at some point during the game... it just adds up, LSU was lucky to stay injury-less as long as we did, it caught up to us last night.

Not saying it's likely.. but TCU has a good shot to play in the MNC Game. If Texas loses to anyone theyre out, then it's just Florida and Bama ahead of them assuming both teams win out til the SECCG, and TCU stays ahead of Cincy. Could come down to whether the voters want to see a rematch or not.

Posted this earlier on here I am going to say it again as it was then.

Bama needs to win all their games before the conference CG in order to play in the Sugarbowl. If LSU wins out they will have only 2 losses and if Bama should lose the next two games and loose the CG they will have 3 losses and LSU 2 losses and that will put LSU ahead of them. So, Bama had better not take anyone litely after this game because if they don't it is not over with because then it will be up to the computers to say who will end up in the top 8 for a BCS game.

That means LSU still has a chance at making a big bowl even if Bama looses 1 of these games then looses the SEC CG.

And yes they can have two in the BCS not counting the CG. And Bama more than likely in the Rose Bowl

Well hell.

Lets go 10-2, land in the Capital One Bowl, blow out Iowa or Ohio St. and end up in the top 10.
