There's LSU talent throughout the NFL.

Les is a lot like Charlie Mac. A good ole boy that will always play second fiddle to Bama.

I hear this a lot and one thing that bothers me is that Miles' fluffers seem to believe that we are second fiddle to Bama and that's are problem. If we were second fiddle to just Bama we'd be ok. We are about 3rd or 4th fiddle in the SEC West and that's the real problem.

So you think LSU offense lost the bowl game. Miles decision to not kick field goal was bad, but defense lost this game.

Lsu was more talented than Bama in 2013 on O and in 2014 on D

Maybe in raw undeveloped talent that'll translate over the next 2 years, but c'mon.

Being a fiddle to no one is what it's about. And LSU always has the talent to make that happen.

you mean reaching for the FACT that miles has had a 10 year run almost unequaled in sec history while coaching in the most competitive conference ever?

who's reaching?

One bcs bowl game in the last 7 years is nothing to get excited about

No shite right. They act like we've only been losing one game a year

The SEC was according to Bowl games not as good as expected. Bama was still atop of the conference, but conference was down as a hole.

LSU talent vs Alabama talent

We've gotten players from their state just like they've gotten a few from La. (Russell, Williford, Neighbors, Allen, Alexander, etc.)

In 9 meetings vs Saban, Miles has won 3, but has had a great chance to win at least 6 of the 9, if not 7.) Only 2012 and 2013 were not competitive (although the '13 game was 17-17 in the 4th quarter until the Cecil and Billy Joe Bob bama refs called a phantom PI penalty, and of course bama scored on the very next play.)

Before this season there was no one else challenging Bama except for Auburn last season. No one is sayin LSU was playin at a high level. The problem is they are not, but was still closest to Bama until all the others got involved this season.

Harris is going to transfer. He could go to Auburn and come back to kill us.

Just think if they would have kept Dhaquille Williams and signed Speedy Noil. All that talent at wideout with no passing game. Would have been nuts on here!

Reason for reply was inferring that they left LSU not as stars and became stars once they got there. Most of them have been bigger stars at LSU than they are in the NFL.

This is simple, LSU is as talented as any team in America, bar none, everywhere but the QB position. If all we do is trade QB's with Bama then we have all of the rings and they don't. Incompetent QB play is the only difference.

So Alabama, Auburn, and Georgia have no talent.

No, my point was they were wasted as in not winning a NC with. Great talent like that and nothing to show for it. Then they go on to tear it up in the NFL like Hill, Beckham Jr and Landry did this season. Others before them also like Peterson.

This isn't about Alabama, Auburn or Georgia. They are getting the most out of their talent.
