Copeland stoned Mickey Johnson.. I don't know if that's more impressive on Copeland's part or if Mickey is just bad.

Shea Dixon had this to say about Copeland on twitter today.

J.C. Copeland has exactly what you want in a fullback. Wore a no-contact jersey in practice, still slammed multiple people during drills.

I dont think Copeland is getting beat many times in a "one on one" situation where direct contact is forced if you know what i mean. Dude is just an animal

Same reason you put him in the regular Big Cat Drill.

Chances are way higher for someone to fall on his leg in the 3 on 3 drill. It's just dumb

If that was your worry, then why did you only limit it to Hill? Your concern applies to every player in that drill. Some of who, are maybe even more critical to their position's depth chart than Hill is to his.

Just curious.

at 3:15 into the video someone actually snaps a ball so high that Rivers has to jump to tip it down to himself. Even if it was just a grad assistant, that's still pretty funny to me.

Center/QB exchanges seem to be a problem, and have been consistantly bad in all the Vids from the Spring, so far..Definately something to work on...

I think the snap I was referring to actually came from a grad assistant/coach and not one of our centers. Just thought that was really bad even for them.

As far as the other exchange problems, I am not as concerned since some of them are from dudes I don't really expect to play center once the Fall rolls around (i.e. Pocic and Williford).

chill out man the defense knows the snap count in that drill

Its only that drill, because everything is bunched together and the centers is way more worried about getting a jump on the defender than he is about the snap because the defense knows the snap count

Since when did Jeremy hill become Barry sanders and doesn't need to participate? Some of you need to get off your knees and stop blowing 19-21 year old kids. He got the hot hand late last season just like Hilliard did the year before. You can't go wrong with either Hilliard, blue, or hill when they have the hot hand. Everyone feel off the no ceiling band wagon after a bad game and off goes everyone off the blue bus when he got hurt. Were LSU fans, not these players daddy nor best friend. Im find with either one of the big 3. These are athletes, they will have ups and downs and some of you grown men fall like some high school girls over a few good games. Hill should not participate....how stupid!!! And our qb's are getting contact this spring. Smh.

Oh you're one of those people. It's frickin football and you can get hurt doing any of these drills. You can't exclude players for fear of injury because it doesn't matter what drill they're doing shite happens.
