I thought Hill said that the man in the video wasn't him and he didn't recognize the other guy either. So, what does this have to do with anything? Why would racial epithets be mentioned if indeed Hill is not responsible????

Dude, I said that it doesn't show the whole picture. And you are misinterpreting what I said, I said don't let it be a crutch, as in don't rely your whole investigation on it. There are other factors at play in this scenario, and it would be stupid to focus everything on the video.

Relax....it is just funny as hell. The guy was on the ground and getting up when JH came up from behind and punched him. It doesn't matter if he had just raped a kid, when someone is getting up and walking away you CANNOT punch them behind the head. Your action them becomes a crime.

The video shows/proves this and therefore the video IS the investigation. It's the crutch, bandage, wheelchair, ambulance, and rehab facility of the investigation!

Exactly, people are focusing on the video too much and Hill's actions. They don't seem to realize that these might be reactions, in defense. All we have is the video that doesn't show the beginning of the confrontation.

Sorry to take your comment too seriously, but this thread has me callous to jokes

Yeah, it doesn't look good if the video shows the victim getting up and getting punched again. It'll be interesting to see how all this plays out

defense from the guy walking away by hitting him in the rear of the head? I understand we don't know the reason why the guy was on the ground or what happened at the beginning, but at this point in time the only evidence shows Hill hitting the guy as he attempts to walk away. That will be hard to prove as defense my friend unless there are many witnesses to refute the recording.

IF Hill doesn't talk, and I mean soon, Les will dismiss him from the team. No way Les can sit there and let him hamper a police investigation and lying to the cops in the process.

JH, it's time to become a man. Tell the truth, face your punishment, and give the cops the persons name.

I Les finds Hill is lying, he better send his arse packing immediately!

I sure hope all this isn't true and Hill is cleared!

well, when the judges start ruling on "damn, I don;t care what the law says"...maybe your argument will matter.

If the guy is walking away, and they punch him from behind (two vs. one) that is NOT GOOD. That is no longer reactionary or defensive, thats aggressive.

I'm thinking Les and his lawyer told him to keep his mouth shut. Everyone knows he lied and wants to keep him from making that mistake again.

I wasn't very far off on my previous comments today. Sorry if I angered you in any way but the way its going right now, Hill is in a mound of trouble. Or a pile, maybe even a heap of trouble

Yeah, don't focus on the matter at hand, focus on hearsay evidence.

According to some people he responded to a racial slur. He had to defend himself by punching this guy in the back of the head.

Apparently he also took the time to admire his work by laughing and high-fiving his friend. The video is the most relevant evidence, not accusations of what the victim said to provoke being snuck in the back of the head by an entitled, spoiled-arse football player at LSU.
