If this is true than it was an act of self-defense

Here are a few gems from the Alabama fanbase.

quote:

f he plead guilty on the first arrest of a sex act with a 14 yr old, and that would make him what 18 when it happened? Is he registered as a sex offender?

quote:

this dude was frickin around with a 14 yr old and he wasn't suspended off of that??? Wtf LSU, where's this dude gonna end up next Penn. St?

quote:

What an incredible dumbass. As a devout LSU fan, I am tremendously troubled by the lack of authority that surrounds the football program. It seems that every year there is more trouble off the field. While most of these players are still kids, it is embarrassing that this happens on a regular basis at LSU. When will the LSU administration, and Crazy Lester get a grip on this?

Also someone in this FB post said they were there

Not I. I was never a fan of Jefferson.

I'm indifferent to Hill, but when all you details emerge, you and everyone else will be hard-pressed to call him a thug POS

It started as the victim was leaving the bar and "bumped" into the group of football player. That's when the the racial slurs started

Why can't people just fricking say "excuse me" and move on? How difficult is it, even if you've had a few?

So it is actually pure speculation. I'm sure not one person outside Reggies at 2am was sober enough to be a witness in court. Let's stop the speculation and go off of facts for once.

There's not likely to be very many facts in this case.

I've known people who have been in bar fights or have gotten their arse beat in bar fights and nothing happens.

I think every single one of my friends from BR has been involved in several bar fights in some capacity. Sometimes with some pretty prominent injuries like broken noses and dual black eyes to someone involved. I can think of 2 cases where it became a criminal matter with police.

Word. It's almost a reflex for me to say that even if I don't mean it.

Ditto.

"Whoops, my bad" always comes out my mouth. Maybe if I'm drunk "oh shite, my bad".

Probably. He may miss a game or two though. Depends on what happens with his legal status. I'm pretty sure being where he was in the first place is a violation of probation.

He'll get a slap on the wrist, and be full speed by the time SEC play rolls around.
His slap on the wrist: "Hey Jeremy, go clean the toilets at the indoor practice facility and don't miss under the rim, ya hear."

Any "Legal" problems that may pop up due to him already being on probation will be taken care of as well. Judges, Prosecutors, Probation officers and anybody else involved will suddenly find themselves with season tickets, a suite in Tiger Stadium and paid LSU tuition for their siblings or relatives.

The new and improved Team CLEAN Sweep has it covered baby!

People that post on public pages on facebook are some of the stupidest people on this planet. They are all so misinformed.

Funny with all the Saban comments, weren't 3 players kicked off his team this year for beating the shite out of a student and stealing his laptop? I'd say that's a tight ship he's running

I feel like I had something else to say, but can't think of it now

So basically what you are saying is that just because we don't know exactly what happened, we are going to throw out some possible scenarios that could be true or total bs?
