I think every single one of my friends from BR has been involved in several bar fights in some capacity. Sometimes with some pretty prominent injuries like broken noses and dual black eyes to someone involved. I can think of 2 cases where it became a criminal matter with police.

Probably. He may miss a game or two though. Depends on what happens with his legal status. I'm pretty sure being where he was in the first place is a violation of probation.
He'll get a slap on the wrist, and be full speed by the time SEC play rolls around.
Any "Legal" problems that may pop up due to him already being on probation will be taken care of as well. Judges, Prosecutors, Probation officers and anybody else involved will suddenly find themselves with season tickets, a suite in Tiger Stadium and paid LSU tuition for their siblings or relatives.
