See my statement. Its not either or chief. Its both.
Dont argue with him. Hes blissfully ignorant. Notice how all the examples he used were not under Crowton. Also, notice how he left out JLee, the one QB that has not historically turned it around. Cuz for him to be right, then JJ would not be starting. JLee would be the one historically turning it around, right now.
JLee didnt improve, neither will JJ. The best option is to go with JLee knowing he can move the team, and accept his mistakes. But to settle for an offense that is one of the worst in the nation, and expect improvement is mindless.

I don't see a lot of "coaching up" to be honest. I am afraid LSU will have three basket case QB's by seasons end.

Why can't you theory apply to Lee?

So why can't J. Lee turn it around? If Jefferson turns it around, I'm sure Lee can as well. I'm not saying start Lee but if one is not effective then give the other a shot. You may just find out that things are now clicking with Lee and that he may in fact have turned it around. But without a chance we will never know.

but giving Jarrett Lee a few series here and there does several things:
It also does another thing--takes game reps away from our starting QB. Reps he desperately needs. If Les and Crowton want to start Lee, fine. But pick a guy and ride him. All this musical chairs QB bullshite will do is have us develop ZERO quarterbacks instead of 1.

all under a different coaching staff.....
you never give up do you. miles and or crowton are bad and nothing will change your mind. i believe matt flynn was not under a different coaching staff, by the way.
i'm sure that you are now going to say he was intitially coached by someone else and that coaching was so good, crowton couldn't screw it up.

You're right. Well, you're right if we completely ignore his first four years on campus. But if we do that, then yes, you're right.
