Does anyone have this statistic off hand, and where it stacks against SEC/nationally? The 100% redzone efficiency stat has me curious. I don't have the time to research it.

There are 14 teams that are 100% in red zone scoring. I assume you mean Penn State & Army, since they are the only other ones who have as many or more red zone trips.

Penn State - 6.82, 21 TDs & 1 FG in 22 trips

Navy - 6.25, 13 TDs & 3 FGs in 16 trips

ETA: I'm counting TDs as 7 points for these numbers.

16/16 and it's encouraging that we're starting to get in the end zone more.

We're 53rd in the country in points scored in the red zone vs points possible.

Here's some #s because I'm bored.

The AVG amount of RZ trips so far is 14.775 (SEC 16.71)
The AVG RZ scoring % is 85.28% (SEC 86.59%)
The AVG TD % in the RZ is 65.10% (SEC 64.13%)
The AVG points per RZ trip is 5.16 (SEC 5.16)

LSU is T-45th for amount of RZ trips (9th in SEC)
LSU is T-1st in RZ scoring % (1st in SEC)
LSU is 96th in RZ TD % (13th in SEC)
LSU is 60th in RZ points per trip (7th in SEC)

What if we finish the season a perfect 48/48 but don't score another TD the rest of the way?

Measuring RZ scoring by just looking at whether we scored or not is a terrible way to do it. The efficiency matters.

FWIW, it got better this past week.

I agree. I'm just really curious about the numbers.
