Has there been any reports or status updates on our team members who tested positive a few weeks ago? I haven't heard jack here in Atlanta. TY!

Unless a player wants to come out and say they have it, you won’t hear because of HIPPA. Can’t release someone’s personal medical information.

It's a kid with Covid. They lost their sense of smell for a few days and moved on with their life.

It’s HIPAA, and it only applies to healthcare professionals. Coaches aren’t bound by HIPAA. Neither are players. Or literally anyone else who isn’t a physician or someone that works directly in healthcare.

That’s why Schefter can tweet an x-ray or Ezekiel Elliott’s agent can confirm to media that he got corona. The amount of people who don’t understand who HIPAA applies to is only rivaled by the amount of people who don’t understand freedom of speech only protects you from oppression by the government

They are fine because they are 18-22 year olds in peak physical condition.

Physicians through the program are doing the testing so they and the school are bound by it.

Physicians are, as my post said. The school, the coaches and the players are not, no matter how many times you say it.

You realize coaches talk to the media about player injuries, surgeries, rehab improvements, etc almost weekly during the season right?
