Any chance of catching the game Saturday on satellite while traveling? Otherwise, might have to find someplace to view the game in Lake Chuck or Houston (depending on when we roll).

on xm it will be one of these three: 199,200,201.

I've listened to several games on Sirius/XM this season and the only issue with away games is you have to listen to the opposing announcers. Let me tell you that's aweful at times, the MSU game was absolutely terrible, my ears were practically bleeding at the end of the game, and it had nothing to do with the fact we almost lost. They have this older announcer that used every cliché in the book describing MSU, made Musberger and Verne seem competent by comparison

And Ole Miss announcers are worse. I listened to the first quarter of the game vs. Tennessee. It's like listening to high school sports.

And to get this straight, to listen to the game you can either have XM or Sirius with the best of XM Package?

Correct...xm has SEC football standard, Sirius subcribers have to have best of XM

Yes
SEC games are usually on 199-201 on XM. Sometimes they are in different spots if there are a lot of games going on at the time, or if the game is being carried Nationally by ESPN Radio or Westwood One

I am thinking about getting a radio over the holidays while they are cheap. So, am I better off getting XM, with the best of Sirius, or Sirius with the best of XM, epecially geared towards LSU sports? And if I decide to flip from one to the other down the road, will I have to change receivers to whomever is the main provider? (realizing from everything I read the two will eventually become one)
