LSU now #31 in NET Ranking with two very difficult road games coming up

Some fans on here need to realize that we aren’t a lock for the NCAAA tournament. The bubble teams are only a few spots away from us at the moment and we lost ti a handful of those teams during non-conference play. Having a decision for tourney spot come down to us or Utah St., ETSU, USC or VCU would not work out well for us.
South Carolina is 8-2 in their last 10 including a home win vs. Kentucky and Florida always gives us problems. I guess our season will be just like all of our games and come down to the wire.
Who knows, maybe our team will learn 5th grade defensive fundamentals between now and Saturday and we’ll win out and make the tournament easily.

Beat SC and UF and you’re in I think. Split it and win the last two and you’re in. Lose both and we will have to win out plus win a game in the sec tournament

Lol 12-6 in sec and we are a 8-9 seed in NCAA tourney.

We are still the number 1 7 seed on bracket matrix. Most of the bubble is SEC teams we beat so the better they get our numbers will also increase

Which is exactly what the OP and everyone else who has been saying LSU is not a lock.The Tournament doesn't start today there are more games to be played and the way Lsu is playing they could very well win or lose the next two, meaning they're by no means a lock

I don't understand why everyone is so fixated on whether we make the tournament or not. Without knowing how to play defense, we will get bounced in the first round

Last year NC State (NET #33) & Clemson (NET #35) were left out of the NCAA tournament.

if we’re all bubble teams and have a net ranking close to each other, yes head to head matchups come into play
