The major difference is lsu isn't attemting to hide anything and from what we see, are handling compliance appropriately. ESPN is becoming a laughing stock.

While I totally agree its not anything serious, or that will go anywhere.... its unfortunate that ESPN, for the sake of something to talk about, puts that light on LSU. It could adversely affect recruiting.... sad to say, but impressions and spotlight do play a part..

IMHO, we've largely been painted with the brush of corruption by the news media.
Hell, just talked to a friend in Phoenix who just had a baby. He follows CFB during the season but not fanatical. He thought we had like 15 players suspended by the NCAA for the Lyles stuff. All this blurs together to the average fan who does not have a vested interest.
