Came to BR in ‘85. Pretty cool festival. I was 10 yo & living in BR but I don’t remember anything about this festival.
I do remember when they built the Velodrome off Perkins across from the WallBanger Racketball Club.

It was great. I was in graduate school at the time. My sister was big into swimming at the time and flew down to watch the swimming. I went to everything I could from the swimming to track and field to softball to team handball.
