LSU is really NOT good in baseball

They have good starting pitching, no clutch hitting, and a non existent bull pen.

Hopefully a new coach will make them decisions.

Eh, nothing that a good chicken, sausage, and rice gumbo can't fix. Got a lots of yutes on this team.

IMO they'll continue to improve. I look for the Tigahs to bounce back tomorrow.

When your starter has a no hitter (should have been a perfect game) through 6 innings and you lose by 7 something is clearly wrong.

It sucks but at least we know there's a change that has to be coming...like our entire coaching staff being replaced, at the end of this shitty season. We might not even make the sec tournament, forget the ncaa right now, we might not even make our own conference tournament ffs...how long has it been since that happened and who was the coach?

I think it’s a combination of both. When Dugas got thrown out at 3rd that was a huge play in the game. The same situation came up for Arkansas and they beat the throw with ease. Their guy made the throw outs didn’t. Had Dugas simply stayed at 2nd would he have scored? Judging by the rest of the game I think not. Sometimes you have to be aggressive and force the other team to make a play and they did. The bullpen is so bad that once Marceaux came out and we were behind you can’t use your only reliever in that situation. Losing Hill was such a significant loss to this team. Not only because he was a solid starter but now they have to make up his innings Even if they somehow made a regional they would have to pull off a miracle to win it.

Hill will be the friday starter next year. He wont go high enough in the draft not to justify coming back. He has too much ground to make up.

Not that it would have mattered but why bring in a dude that hasnt fricking pitched shite in SEC play....ya wanna keep it close
