I took this picture over the weekend in a Mexican Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If Dallas is America's Team then LSU must be the International Team!!!

May I ask where in KL this restuarant is located and the name of it? I'm based in Miri and travel to KL quite frequently didn't know there was a Mexican restuarant located there.... Thanks

My wife is Malaysian (Indian) and I got to go for the first time last year.

The food in Malaysia is ridiculously good.
The combination of Asian cultures and cuisine, specifically Chinese, Indian, Thai, and obviously the Malay dishes, is amazing.
Not to mention the incredibly fresh tropical fruits.

And it is dirt cheap.
The amount of food you can get in the open-air markets in KL for $2.00 USD is downright criminal.

I've probably made 12-15 trips to KL over the past 2 years. You're right that some of the food there is ridiculously good. Try the vegetarian Chinese if you ever get the chance ... you would swear you were eating meat!

Also, regarding the cheap food, try the GIANT near the stadium ... great local food in the open air booths.

The name is Les Carritas and I do not know how to get there as someone else was driving but the food is great. If you have not been to KL they have about any food u want.
