It bears repeating, getting talent to BR should never be an issue. Now we get to see what a really good coach does with it. It's too much to expect a Saban-like dynasty with how loaded the conference is now, especially adding Texas and Oklahoma, but I expect it to rival to front end of Miles' tenure here.

LSU with a competent coach terrifies every school not named Bama. That's why I laugh at those national media clowns LSU is such a better job than Notre Dame it's not even funny. Even Special Ed was kicking Kirby butt at UGA.

Love this. NFLSU. Just continues to validate the quality of players in our program and the amount of respect scouts / teams give to LSU talent bc of past results.

Absolutely amazing to me how he is able to avoid wholesale turnover with the talent and success he has there.
Most other places it seems the 4- and 5-stars get impatient waiting to play, especially with the transfer portal available now.

Not only did he recruit many of them, but he also hired many of them and magically assembled them to make us tGOAT.
That’s not luck and I’m no O apologist but give credit where it’s due. He was shitty at almost everything else however.
