looked more like a skinny DE than a LBer to me. I think the overwhelming thought was that he could be potentially a big OLB since he's so fast and athletic and had just not filled out due to basketball. He's a great athlete who in my mind could be a great specialty rusher until he fills out, then I'm hoping he's the second coming of Javon Kearse

Skill positions are sick.
Jefferson and the RBs have a lot to prove. As do the WR's.

Hasn't there been talk about Lonergan moving to Guard with T-Bob at Center??

I think our dline will be exceptionally deep. I think Edwards and Adams end up starting, but Aghayere plays a lot. Montgomery and Mingo also will play as rush ends in passing situations, and even Ego Ferguson could find his way into this lineup. We could go 6 deep at DE.
I think Downs is the actual starter right now. He is injured. I think Levingston will be used on passing downs. I also think Davenport and Brockers will rotate in. We could go 5 deep at DT.
Compare that to last year, when we went 4 deep at DT (Alexander, Woods, Nevis, Downs) and 4 deep at DE (Levingston, Alem, Edwards, Aghayere).
This could be a good year for the dline. Of course, being deep doesn't necessarily make you good, so we'll see.
IMO the weakness on D is definitely at LB. Baker and Barrow look promising. Francois seems like he could fill the Harry Coleman role, but who knows if he'll pan out. After him, who is his backup? Josh Johns? Rockey Duplessis?
DBs will be fine whether or not Eugene or Loston starts. Strong point of the team.

I would not be surprised to see Worle start at FB after a few games. Also what about Calhoun as a return guy?
