I'll pull for other SEC teams as long as it doesn't hurt LSU in standings or recruiting. Bama = never. They can lose at everything and I'm happy. Oh wait, I mean they can beat themselves at everything because they never lose.

I am originally from Georgia, grew up there - but obviously didn't go to Georgia so I will pull for them unless they play us. Other than that, it's good for other SEC teams to win because it helps our SOS, but I wouldn't root for them.

Never cheer for gumps, florida, and moving on the list quickly is the aggirls. It has nothing to do with winning or tradition. Before the eighties, florida was very irrelevant, aggirls haven't been good since the 80's and that was in the swc, big12 and both conferences sucked. Their fans have everything to do with why I pull against these schools.

My opinion on it: do whatever the frick you feel like doing. I generally pull for other SEC schools during bowl season.

I pull for LSU, I do not give a flip about the other schools or even OOC schools. I also don't mind when losses happen to BAMA,Southern Cal, or Texas

There is a line here:
On one side, playing in the strongest conference in the land not only boosts our own credibility, but brings us millions of dollars even when we're falling short in a given year.
On the other side, these teams are our competition year-in and year-out: on the field and on the recruiting trail. If one of them becomes too successful, it becomes detrimental to our program.
Bama is the latter currently. Screw them.

The real answer should be "it depends". If cheering for or against helps LSU, I'll do it! Otherwise mostly enjoy the game if it's a good matchup.
