What would be good for the SEC would be for Georgia to win the championship. That would mean Florida, LSU, Auburn, Alabama, and Georgia won championships in the BCS era. Include Tennessee and that is almost half our conference that has won a title in the last 13 years.

It's great for the conference. Helps us reel in talent from other areas. It's the SEC against the world. It's a great thing to be in the greatest football conference. I sure as well don't want to watch a NCG with 2 teams playing we can beat or would not be in that situation with a SEC caliber schedule. Also, SEC get more respective votes knowing we play stiff competition in conference.

Again, the benefits from this if Bama wins are tremendously outweighed by the affects it has on LSU.

I pull for an SEC in the title game because LSU will more money. We would get a share if NCG money and a share of the Sugar Bowl money. If there's no team in the NCG then we only get Sugar Bowl money.

I hear what you're saying, but they can only have 25 players. Saban is going to recruit well regardless. He'll win double-digit games and get great recruiting classes, but recruiting is different than when Bear was the coach.

We have been doing fine recruiting when Bama won it all. If that's your argument then why don't you check our record against Bama. We had them beat this year as well. In my opinion, LSU and Bama are mirror images of each other and very similar intalent. It's ashame we are both in SEC West, but it's a great game and trumps any other game as far as national coverage goes.

I dont give a damn whether the SEC wins the NC or not if its not LSU..
Now if the NC game ends up being Bama vs NDame I will be pulling for Bama because I dont think ND is legit and doesnt belong in the NC game. The media pushes them up just like they do with USC, and I want to see them exposed.
I would prefer to see Georgia make it over Bama though.

Seriously what LSU fan in their right mind would be ok with any other school winning the title. Frick that! It's LSU or bust frick Bama and all this being ok with someone from the SEC winning it.
