??? This is very old news. Obviously, it was before they talked to the third party witnesses that led to JJ and JJ's arrests.

The kids who handle LSU facebook posts probably know about as much of whats going around at LSU as a Canadian. They are like the kids who go tailgating, then don't go to the games, and don't even know who won the game until someone tells them at the bar later that night.

I never heard or read about possible charges against all 4 non-players before I read this. We don't even know who 3 of the 4 non-players are. But it's interesting that they were not called victims.

They would get charged with misdemeanors, and that statement from the advocate is from a long time ago. If the players choose to file charges, good for them. Let the justice system work things out, but those guys will likely only get charged with misdemeanor charges and not felony charges.

Not really. The police from the beginning have said they don't know who will have charges brought against them in total in the end, and the 4 "victims" may very well be charged too.
