1. Arrive the night before and catch a meal and drinks at Chimes or Walk Ons. Enjoy the conversation and whatever Friday night game is on.
2. Arrive on campus 7-8 hours prior to kick off. Walk through the tailgates, check out the large LSU Barnes and Noble bookstore for tons of LSU swag. Circle the parade grounds, and make your way through the Indian Mounds.
3. Check out Mike's Habitat.
4. Get on the hill across from stadium (in front of PMAC) 3 hours before kick off to watch the team walk down followed by the band.
5. Take a dump in Coates Hall.
6. Get in your seat early.
7. Enjoy the game.

My first job after graduation from LSU was in Indianapolis. Lived there 4 football seasons in the late’’70’s. Missed several football games during that time. Have rarely missed since. I met a lot of great guys in Indiana who loved to listen to LSU football on Saturday nights on WWL radio. This was all before cable. Those guys really took me in and one of the main reasons was I was an LSU fan. I still do business with some of those guys and it’s been 43 years.
Where are you sitting for the game?
