Championship caliber team if DT and CB rooms step up

In what universe? I look at that and see under 7.5 wins

7.5? Are you high?

We are solid at DE and in the new defensive scheme we only need the DT’s to keep the linebackers free to make the stop. Between Guillory, the two transfers, Shone and our 5 star freshman, they can definitely fulfill that role with coaching up by Bo Davis.

Likewise, the pass defense is also likely to improve with an improved secondary and a scheme that make use of the speed on the edge.

I’m not saying that we will have a typical LSU defense that n 2024, but if we are inside the top 50 in total defense (up from 102 in 2023) we are a 9-3 at worst team with our offense…

Jesus Christ he is listed at 6’1 145. That is honestly laughable. Kid needs atleast 30 pounds.

Is that a typo? I was a skinny kid at 5'9", 145. Now I'm closer to 6' and look emaciated if I drop below 170.

HAHA. Im guessing you have never played a sport then. Stepping on the field at 145 even in HS is a good way to get bitched around.

We’re one injury away at guard to being in trouble. If the line can stay healthy it will be our biggest strength just have to stay healthy

It is a lot easier for a tackle to slide inside, than the opposite. we should have all learned this from the Miles era when he would recruit guards and try to make them tackles. O line will be fine.
